How ANSA MEDS works
Learn how ANSA MEDS connects customers with registered medicine shops, from search and prescription upload to fulfilment and delivery.
1. Create your account
Register with your name, email and mobile number. Choose a customer account to order medicines, or a pharmacy account to sell as a registered medicine shop.
2. Search medicines or upload a prescription
Search by medicine name, salt/composition, brand or category. For prescription-only medicines, upload a valid prescription from your account.
3. A registered seller fulfils your order
Your order is routed to the registered medicine shop you selected. The seller verifies the prescription where applicable, confirms availability and prepares your order.
4. Track until delivery
Follow your order status from placement to delivery in the customer dashboard. Payment is collected by the registered seller.
The role of ANSA MEDS
ANSA MEDS is a technology marketplace and brokerage platform. We do not manufacture, stock, sell or dispense medicines. All medicines are sold and dispensed by independent registered sellers holding valid drug licences.
