Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before the registered seller marks them as prepared.
Returns
For safety reasons, medicines are generally non-returnable once delivered, except for damaged, expired or incorrectly dispensed items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed by the registered seller through the original payment method or as agreed at the time of delivery.
