1. Platform role

ANSA MEDS provides a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent registered medicine sellers. ANSA MEDS does not manufacture, stock, sell or dispense medicines.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to purchase medicines in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information.

3. Prescriptions

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription verified by the registered seller. Misuse or falsification of prescriptions is prohibited.

4. Seller obligations

Registered sellers must hold valid drug licences, maintain accurate inventory and comply with applicable pharmacy regulations.

5. Limitation of liability

Responsibility for the quality, storage and dispensing of medicines rests with the registered seller fulfilling your order.
